Tape casting and its characterization for Sr0.65La0.35Ti0.65Co0.35O 3

Abstract

Procedure of tape casting by the doctor blade method for Sr0.65La0.35Ti0.65Co0.35O 3 which shows maximum value of dielectric constant in the system Sr1-xLaxTi1-xCoxO3 (0.20 ≤ x ≤ 0.40) has been described. Dielectric behaviour and microstructure of the tape have been studied.
