| dc.description.abstract | The effect of modified carboxymethyl cellulose (Nymcel(R)) as tablet disintegrant on the bioavailability in man of frusemide tablets was studied in comparison to tablets made with starch as disintegrant and a marketed product (FNX). The result of this study showed that Nymcel is highly effective as disintegrant and increased the dissolution and bioavailability of frusemide tablets. | |
