dc.description.abstract	This paper mainly deals with the mechanical behaviour of Chunar sandstone under cyclic loading. Compressive strength decreases as the number of cycles increases from 90.62% at 100 cycles to 65.50% at 600 cycles. Results indicate that rocks are significantly weakened by cyclic loading. -Authors
