| dc.description.abstract | Several researchers have attempted to develop model to predict bubble departure diameter in pool boiling for last eighty years. But all these models predictions have a large difference with real life experimental values. In the present investigation, an attempt has been made to develop a physics based simple approximate model which in turn predicts the bubble departure diameter for nucleate boiling zone within the range of ±25%. © 2021 | |
