| dc.description.abstract | Immittance spectra of electronic ceramic systems having polarization processes with widely separated time constants are simulated using model equivalent circuits involving resistive and capacitive elements. An equivalent circuit, model representing the behaviour of electronic ceramics having a steeply rising low frequency branch in the complex impedance plots has been presented. The impedance data of strontium titanate-borosilicate glass-ceramic system have been analysed using this procedure. | |
