| dc.description.abstract | A modified version of Farsi, et al's" method of model simplification for discrete-time system is presented. This method uses the Improved Routh Stability criterion and p-domain transform, ie, z = p + m, which is simply a linear transformation. The main emphasis is given to choose the correct pole of unstable high order system and derive the reduced-model. The suggested technique is illustrated by the help of a suitable example from literature. | |
