Synthesis and anti inflammatory and analgesic activities of 2,4-diethyl-3,5-diarylimino-1,2,4-thiadiazolidines

Abstract

The titled compounds have been synthesized by the oxidative cyclization of N-ethyl-N′-aryl-thioureas and screened for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. Some of the compounds exhibit significant activities. © 1994, The Pharmaceutical Society of Korea. All rights reserved.
