| dc.description.abstract | Data fusion enables the integration of multiple sensor data associated with the same physical process for more comprehensive process representation, thereby improving accuracy in measuring critical parameters (CPs) of safety-critical systems (SCSs). In this article, we adopt the multisensor data fusion (MSDF) method to measure the CPs of SCS. The method divides the problem into three levels: data fusion level, feature level, and decision level. The proposed approach is applied on a case study of nuclear power plant (NPP). The result proves the effectiveness of measurement accuracy using MSDF. © 1963-2012 IEEE. | |
