| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a single-phase high voltage gain quasi- switched boost Z- source inverter (qSBZSI). This inverter gives high voltage gain as compared to qZSI and quasi-switched boost inverter (qSBI). The qSBZSI topology gives continuous input current, high voltage gain, capable of simultaneously ac and dc output voltage so, this qSBZSI is suitable for renewable energy applications. Detailed analysis of power loss, extendable qSBZSI and modified PWM techniques is also discussed. A prototype based on TMS320F28335 DSP experimental kit is designed to verify the operation of the proposed inverter. © 2018 IEEE | |
