| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a bow-tie shaped slot antenna is proposed to enhance the bandwidth of the narrowband antenna while maintaining the same antenna gain. The proposed antenna utilizes the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technology. It covers the 10 dB impedance bandwidth of 620 MHz (8.76-9.38 GHz). A prototype is proposed for X Band and compared with the existing structures. © 2019 IEEE. | |
