Slope behaviour in an opencast mine over old underground voids
Abstract
The paper deals with the design, construction and testing of eauivalent material (EM) model for establishing the potential modes of failure over old underground voids in an opencast mine. The modes of failure on rise-side slope was translatory-cum-toppling, whereas that of dip-side slope was span-cum-toppling. © 1991, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
