Generalized Material Flow Model for Hot Deformation Processing Based on Power Law
Abstract
Data modeling is the process of making a graphic or mathematical depiction within a dataset. In this paper, with the help of data-fitting, eight constants of this model is obtained and a material model has been put forth. The basic requirement for material modeling in relation to various conventional and strategic mechanical processes to satisfy critical and non-critical engineering applications is a generalized flow curve that takes strain (ε), strain rate (ε˙), and temperature (T) into account [1]. It is found to be quite promising results for Aluminum 99.999% (alloy). For realistic engineering analysis, the proposed material model can be incorporated into any standard software through user-defined subroutine. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.
