Healthcare waste management (HCWM) necessitates efficient waste collection and segregation for proper disposal. The article outlines a method for identifying the concerns and challenges that the healthcare industry has regarding the treatment and management of healthcare waste. A survey was conducted, and quality function deployment was used to analyze the results. The research reveals various elements that impact the healthcare waste management.
