In this paper, a single layer 1 Bit 16×16 Reflectarray antenna operating at 8.1 GHz is proposed. It has a high gain, low cross polarization level. There are two reflecting elements designed for reflection of required phase 0° to 360°. Each element provides one state, which is 0-state and the other one is π-state. Each element has same periodicity and same substrate. The operating bandwidth of the Reflectarray antenna is 8-10 GHz for reception and transmission. The required phase of both state is 180±30° and reflecting magnitude is 1.4 dB. The maximum reflecting gain of the Reflectarray antenna is 31.2 dBi at 8.1 GHz. The direction of the reflecting beam is -10°, and The cross-polarization level is -33 dB. © 2024 IEEE.
