Stability factor of the composite transistor

Abstract

The expression for the stability factor of the composite transistor has been obtained for the simplified case of the two-transistor system, taking into consideration the biasing arrangement of the composite transistor. It has been shown that in general the stability factor decreases with the increase of load resistance in the emitter circuit. © Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
