Some novel proteins have been proved to cause revolutionary change in the different field of science and technology like agriculture, chemical science, biochemistry, genetics, and molecular microbiology, medicines and human engineering. Interferon primasome proteins have played ample role in bioremediation and oncogenic therapy. Innovations in protein technology with vivid applications in biotechnology has provided new dimension to environmental biotechnology. Changes in protein, which affect genes causing mutagenic and abnormal genetic make up of organisms have been noticed to have sharp impact on production of crop/crop yield, degree of mutation, genetic drift, medicinal products profile, human and protein engineering, and euthenics changes; frontiers in protein engineering technology and innovative techniques have been fruitful in treatment of fatal diseases.
