Abstract
Nowadays, technology is at a vast level. There is a continuous change in science and technology, so the routine and working style of human beings improve. There are multiple areas and the latest progress of technology such as communication, space, defense, medicine, agriculture, transport industry, manufacturing, energy trade, commerce, education, information and communication technology, and e-governance. For this purpose, sensors play a significant role. The transducer converts the real value or action into electrical equivalent to be measured because the electrical signal transmits and is processed efficiently. Sensors are the devices used to detect events and give the data or information to the other electronic devices. Sensors make digitalization so easy and reliable. They provide specific input and separate output, which is a signal produced that the observer wants to be done by a sensor. The sensor array can develop a good system for gas detection, disease diagnosis, air quality monitoring, agriculture, and much more. Their use is primarily motivated by the military, industrial, and civilian sectors to monitor physical or environmental conditions and make decisions based on data acquired. The sensor must have some properties such as high sensitivity, linearity, high resolution, low power consumption, low noise, and turbulence. © 2021 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
