Agility of the organisation depends upon large number of variables. These variables can be called as agile supply chain (ASC) enablers. ASC enablers are the concerned technologies and methodologies which are very much significant to achieve agility. It is not economical and efficient to give same focus and attention to all agility variables. To overcome this problem interpretive structural modelling (ISM) is used to develop a hierarchy of enablers. In the present paper, ISM is applied to derive interrelationships among ASC enablers that influence supply chain agility. Further rank sum weight (RSW) method is used to allocate the weights to enablers. It is seen from literature that ISM does not reveal any weights associated with enablers. An integrated approach of ISM and RSW can help to overcome this limitation. ASC enablers have been also categorised according to their driving power and dependence using MICMAC analysis.
