Abstract
Electrical conduction behaviour of the Sr1-xLaxTi1-xNixO3 (x ≤ 0.10) system has been studied by complex plane impedance spectroscopy and AC conductivity measurements in the temperature range 300-575 K. Both these studies show that conduction occurs by a Debye-type loss process at low temperatures and by excitation of charge carriers at valence band edge and hopping at energies close to it at high temperature among localized nickel sites mainly responsible for conduction. © 1994.
