| dc.description.abstract | The high pressure study of topological materials under pressure is a puzzling but trending topic of investigation. Here, we report angle dispersive X-Ray diffraction (ADXRD) experiments of Sb1.9Fe0.1S0.15Te2.85. We have observed an electronic topological transition (ETT) along with three pressure-induced distinct structural phase transitions. The c/a anomaly provides the signature of ETT at ~2.5 GPa. © 2021 | |
