| dc.description.abstract | Nanoparticles of multiferroic BiFeO3-xPbTiO3 (BF-0.2PT) was synthesized using sol-gel process in the size range of 50-160 nm. The optimization procedure for the preparation pure single phase was carefully investigated and structural effects are addressed. The Rietveld refinement shows ~14.6% tetragonal phase is present in bismuth rich compostion, whose tetragonality is around 20.4%. The results indicate that the size and morphology of sample changes with sintering temperature. © 2019 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved. | |
