| dc.description.abstract | In the paper is proposed an active recursive filter with BiCMOS technology. A test circuit was designed in a 0.35 μm SiGe BiCMOS technology with ADS2008 (Advanced design system). In simulations, the feasibility of this type of filter was demonstrated and reasonably good performance was obtained. Gain and Q-value are tunable in a wide range. A center frequency is 2.5GHz which S21=14.227d, S12=-58.865. Simulations shows a center frequency tuning range from 1-4GHz.In this Design used two impedance matching, active and passive. Results show the active impedance matching is better result. Finally tunability S parameters with Perceptions Neural Network for Circuit are shows. Error Neural Network regards result of ADS given less 0.1%. © 2011 Praise Worthy Prize S.r.l. - All rights reserved. | |
