A negative resistance generator using a darlington pair

Abstract

The synthesis of an active two-terminal current controlled non-linear negative resistance generator, using,two Darlington pair transistors, is reported. The characteristic of the generator is of W-type across the emitters of the circui. © 1973 Taylor and Francis Ltd.
