| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a current-fed LLC based dual half active bridge resonant converter (DHABRC) is proposed for DC microgrid applications. The proposed converter consists of two H-bridges where switches of one leg are replaced by capacitors. This causes a reduction in switch count, cost, and a decrease in the complexity of the converter topology. Further, the proposed converter is designed for 300 W and analyzed by using the first harmonics approximation. The soft-switching properties of the converter help in achieving high efficiency. The performance of the proposed converter has been verified with the help of simulation results. © 2022 IEEE. | |
