Most of the researchers have shown growing interest in solubility related phenomena in the field of CO2 capture. In the present work, the new experimental CO2 capacity data at equilibrium in aqueous absorbent containing trisodium phosphate (TSP) and piperazine (PZ) have been presented at inlet partial pressures of CO2 from (9.96 to 20.28) kPa, temperature ranging from (303 to 353) K, and total blend concentrations from (1.0 to 3.0) mol·kg-1 using a bubbling absorber. The results were compared with the literature to show the effectiveness of this novel blend absorbent system. © 2014 American Chemical Society.
