The aim of this paper is to analyze the muscle fatigue during cervical traction treatment using wireless EMG sensor. Neck pain is a common problem in our daily life. It is a common cause of the various factors due to bad posture, office workers, computer professional, etc. Ten male-female patients who provided informed consent participate in this study. Cervical traction treatment with a tension of 7 kg was given to each subject for 15 min of cervical traction. The collected EMG data was used to extract various features of neck muscles in the time domain. Analysis of extracted parameters measures showed a significant difference in the muscle activity. The results show the effectiveness of continuous traction treatment in the decrease of neck pain. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.
