| dc.description.abstract | The double perovskite oxide Y2NiMnO6 has been synthesized using the conventional ceramic route. The crystal structure of the Y2NiMnO6 was confirmed to be monoclinic in the space group P21/c (14) through Rietveld refinement. The electrical properties have been studied in the frequency range of 20Hz - 2MHz and temperature range of RT - 600°C. The AC conductivity behavior of the sample shows a transition from an insulator/semiconductor to a metal-like material. Moreover, the material transitioned from positive to negative permittivity at 210°C. This transition is attributed to the change in electrical characteristics of the material from a capacitor to an inductor. © 2025 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved. | |
