| dc.description.abstract | The transport and dielectric measurements have been investigated for the polycrystalline double perovskite Pr2CoFeO6. In the temperature dependent resistivity measurement, we have observed semiconducting nature of the sample with activation energy 0.246 eV. In dielectric measurement as a function of temperature, a giant value of dielectric constant is observed at room temperature, the frequency dependence suggests a relaxor type dielectric relaxation. © 2018 Author(s). | |
