This paper represents the cross sectional study between normal and hyperglycemic subjects to evaluate the blood pressure effect on the glycemic levels. The data related to blood glycemic levels, blood pressures are collected from 05 normal individuals and 05 hyperglycemic subjects. The fasting, postprandial, random glycemic levels and systolic, diastolic blood pressures of the hyperglycemic subjects show higher trends as compared to the normal subjects. High blood pressure with hyperglycemic conditions increases the risk of vital organ damages. Standard invasive glucometer and blood pressure monitoring device measures the invasive glycemic levels and blood pressures values respectively. Noninvasive glycemic levels were measured by the indigenously developed amplitude modulated ultrasound with optical infrared technique unit. The experimental result emphasizes that high blood pressure values must play a vital role in the treatment plan for proper hyperglycemic management. © 2014 IEEE.
