| dc.description.abstract | A metal-free photocatalytic methodology for the synthesis of amides has been developed using eosin Y as a photocatalyst under ambient conditions. This approach provides a sustainable and efficient alternative for amide formation by eliminating the need for metal catalysts, and operates efficiently at room temperature. The use of eosin Y promotes high selectivity and reactivity, providing a green and cost-effective pathway for the synthesis of amides. © 2025 American Chemical Society. | |
