On the electrical conductivity of thermally evaporated CdS thin films

dc.description.abstractElectrical conductivity measurements of CdS thin films prepared by thermal evaporation were performed. Films were heated in vacuum ∼2 × 10-2 torr inside a tubular furnace. The rate of heating was kept at 3 K/min while hold time at the desired temperature was 10 min. After attaining the desired highest temperature, the films were subjected to furnace cooling. The resulting data was analyzed.
