| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a planar UHF RFID tag antenna comprised of spiral meandered line with double sided T-matching is presented. The presented novel compact spiral ended meandered tag having double sided T-match microstrip dipoles scale down the extent of tag antenna and provide improved conjugate impedance matching among tag antenna and semi-conductor microchip. This tag antenna operates at 915 MHz. A surpassing compact UHF tag with volume 59mm × 14mm × 1.6mm (0.18λ × 0.043λ × 0.0049λ), with impressive power transmission coefficient of 99.9% has been flourishingly demonstrated and it is able to obtain detection range of 10.1 m.
