| dc.description.abstract | Induction motor condition assessment in the industrial process is mostly used for sustaining reliable and safe operation of plants. For condition assessment in real-time an FPGA gives an online and system-on-chip solution. This paper has conveyed about the developments in the area of induction motor condition assessment by using field-programmable gate-array (FPGA). This paper has explained in brief different approaches which have been anticipated in literature for condition assessment of induction motors. The paper sets innovative possibility for auspicious researchers to enhance the current on-line diagnostic techniques of induction motors failures. © 2018 American Scientific Publishers. | |
