Structure, synthesis and multiferroic nature of BiFeO3 and 0-9BiFeO3-0.1BaTiO3: An overview

Abstract

A brief review of the crystal structure and multiferroic nature of pure BiFeO3 and 09BiFeO3- 01BaTiO3 (BF-01BT) is presented. An atomic level evidence for magnetoelectric coupling of intrinsic multiferroic origin in BF-01BT is presented. © Indian Academy of Sciences.
