dc.description.abstractTrimming-off finger and toe nails is a routine personal hygiene process in human life. These thrown away as waste material have extractable content of calcium and magnesium in their chemical composition which has hitherto been ignored. We focus the facile synthesis of significant MgO/CaO nanostructures having valuable applications utilizing wasted remnant nails. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.
