Studies on the effect of 9.801 GHz modulated microwave on morphological parameters of some pulses

Abstract

In the present paper, the effect of 9.801 GHz, microwave modulated with 1 kHz square wave on morphological parameters of dry and wet mungbean (PS16) and pigeonpea (cv. T21) have been studied. Seeds of experimental group were exposed to modulated microwave for varying durations ranging from 60 min. to 180 min. at different power densities. © 1999 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
