| dc.description.abstract | Multi-disc RF window has been designed to increases bandwidth capabilities, provides minimum reflection and maximum transmission. The RF propagation characteristics of single disc and multi-disc RF window have been discussed using the CST Microwave Studio (MWS) and HFSS. The comparative study of multi-disc RF window predicted the S11 and S21 of (<-20 dB) and (>-0.07 dB), respectively over the frequency range of 8 GHz to 12 GHz. The present study of multi-disc RF window predicted the bandwidth of 4 GHz, which is the eight times higher than the bandwidth of single disc RF window. © 2020 Indian Radio Science Society. | |
