| dc.description.abstract | Top-contact polythiophene (PHT) solution, and PHT-nanofibers suspension based Field Effect Transistors (FETs) were fabricated and characterized. PHT and PHT-nanofibers were synthesized at ambient conditions in the lab [1,2] and applied for fabrication of organic field-effect transistor (OFET). The main performance parameters like field effect mobility, threshold voltage, and on/off current ratio, transconductance, and subthreshold slope of OFETs were calculated and compared. In evaluation it was found that nanofibers based device performance was much better (about two order) compared to solution based device. © 2017 IEEE. | |
