This study reports the preparation of perovskite La2NiMnO6 ceramic by using a high energy ball milling method. The structural, microstructure, and dielectric properties of La2NiMnO6 ceramic were studied systematically. The phase formation and crystal structure of La2NiMnO6 ceramic were characterized using the X-ray diffraction technique. Rietveld structure analysis reveals that La2NiMnO6 ceramic is crystallizing into orthorhombic crystal structure with Pnma space group. The SEM micrograph showed highly agglomerated grains in La2NiMnO6 ceramic. The temperature-dependent dielectric study demonstrated the unique dielectric behavior at higher frequencies which may be ascribed because of the asymmetric charge ordering of cations at the B-site. © 2022
